 Gazebo Fine Foods is a family run business that has
built an exceptional reputation for their finest authentic foods
from around the world. Established in 1986 the company has rapidly
expanded with a new purpose built factory to meet the needs of their
increasing clientele.
The changing taste of consumers in recent times
has expanded the market for ethnic snack products, and as a result
with company’s
passion for innovation has created a range of Indian, Chinese,
Thai, and Mexican savoury snacks.
In order to penetrate the convenience
and forecourt sector, the company undertook research into the range
of products currently
sold. The research revealed that the market is fragmented with
not much choice beyond sandwiches and pies.
In order to fill this
niche, Gazebo created a range of hand held snacks with very attractive
packaging under the sub brand ‘Grab
and Go’. The company has ambitious plans to penetrate this
sector further with more products and improved packaging launch.
